Waistaway Flex | £3+ per week

This is great if you are looking to maintain your weight or lose weight steadily. We cannot tell you exactly what you do on this diet because it is designed around you as an individual. Please contact us to discuss how you will benefit from a personalised diet rather than the usual ‘one type fits all’ diets out there.

Waistaway Sure | £45 – £60

This is a total food replacement programme using the Lipotrim Pharmacy Programme. This is an easy way to lose weight; 3 4lb every week, your body will be in a mild dietary ketosis, which will greatly reduce your calorie intake whilst still allowing you to be energetic and not hungry.

MP praises pharmacy weight management programme

MP for North West Cambridgeshire, Shailesh Vara

He praised the Waistaway weight management programme on offer at Hampton Pharmacy.

During a visit to Hampton Pharmacy on Friday 23rd October, Mr. Vara was introduced to the functions of a community pharmacy and the range of services available to the community, such as medicine use reviews, a drop in flu vaccine clinic and treatment of minor ailments.

Gareth Evans, the pharmacist in charge of Waistaway, went on to demonstrate and explain how Waistaway uses a variety of methods of one to one care to help all types of individuals to achieve and maintain a healthy weight; crucially, all without the need for surgical intervention or prescription medication.

Following his visit last Friday (October 23) Mr Vara said:

Waistaway are available 5 days a week, with the exception of Wednesday afternoons, at Hampton Pharmacy, 14 Stewartby Avenue, Hampton, PE7 8EL. A free initial consultation is available to all, with no strict appointments necessary.
